Principal

Holly is the founder and principal of Huddle AK. Her career focus has been developing innovative and doable strategies to get things accomplished, working primarily on planning, public works, and community development projects. Holly has led dozens of planning, design, and construction projects, all requiring public involvement, agency coordination, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory authorizations.

Holly’s skill set balances strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement techniques, strategic action planning and the operational savvy to understand how to navigate government and organizational structure. Holly excels at producing results that are authentic and actionable.

When Holly isn’t imagining the next creative way to engage a group of stakeholders you can find her on a bike ride or enjoying Downtown Anchorage with her family.
