Wednesday, August 3, 5:30pm: ACLT Neighborhood Hero Awards
Join the Anchorage Community Land Trust for an evening of food, drinks, and recognizing the Neighborhood Heroes whose work is impacting our community! The Neighborhood Hero Awards will be celebrating the social and economic impact of local small business owners. Doors open at the Alaska Native Heritage Center at 5:30pm for a reception and business expo and the ceremony begins at 7pm. Huddle is a proud sponsor of this event.

Thursday August 4, 5:30pm: Live After Five Summer Concert Series
This Thursday’s Live After Five is the last of the summer 2022! Join the Anchorage Downtown Partnership at Town Square Park and enjoy live music from Blackwater Railroad Company and support local artists.

Saturday & Sunday, August 13-14, starting at 12pm: Girdwood Blueberry Festival
It’s the sweetest time of year – berry season! And this year is even sweeter because for the first time in two years, Alyeska Resort’s Blueberry Festival is back. Head to the resort for live music, pie eating contests, berry picking, and tons of local artist and vendors selling goods.

Friday & Saturday, August 19-20, times vary: Chugach Fest at Arctic Valley
Head out to Arctic Valley for a weekend of live music, food trucks, a beer garden, vendors, and a trail work party. The band lineup includes Blackwater Railroad Company, the Jangle Bees, SunDog, Michael Kirkpatrick, Greenhouse, Wiley Post, and more.
